This Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (the “Customer”) and Rich Account Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202501032035 (1633447-H)), the operator of https://richaccount.com (“Rich Account”), and will be effective when you accept this Agreement.
This Agreement shall commence when the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions (“Effective Date”).
Subject to this Agreement, Rich Account grants the Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Rich Account platform via its website and mobile applications for legitimate business purposes.
Rich Account reserves the right to refuse access or registration to any user at its sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to technical constraints, security, or misuse.
All intellectual property rights in the Rich Account software, website, mobile applications, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Rich Account Sdn Bhd. The Customer shall not copy, modify, distribute, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the software or services.
Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas provided by the Customer may be used by Rich Account without obligation, and all rights to improvements based on such feedback will belong to Rich Account.
The Customer agrees not to:
All data inputted by the Customer remains the property of the Customer. However, access to such data is contingent upon full payment of any applicable subscription fees. The Customer is responsible for maintaining copies of all data. Rich Account is not liable for any loss of data, howsoever arising.
Customers may subscribe to Rich Account’s services based on the plans available on the website or app. Subscription fees are payable in advance and will be charged periodically based on the plan selected.
All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of the account. No refunds will be provided for partial periods or early termination.
The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to the software and data will be revoked. Rich Account reserves the right to delete all customer data 90 days after termination.
Rich Account may also terminate this Agreement without cause by providing at least 30 days’ notice or immediately if the Customer breaches any term of this Agreement.
Rich Account may, at its discretion, provide support services via email, chat, or other channels. Support hours and response times may vary.
Rich Account’s Privacy Policy forms part of this Agreement. By using the Software, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
The Customer must keep login details confidential and immediately notify Rich Account if there is any unauthorized use or suspected breach. Rich Account shall not be liable for losses arising from the misuse of login credentials.
Rich Account integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Firebase, Stripe, and Google reCAPTCHA. By using Rich Account, the Customer agrees to comply with the Terms of those providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rich Account shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services. Rich Account does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
In any event, Rich Account’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of subscription fees paid by the Customer in the previous one (1) month.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rich Account from all claims, damages, and costs arising from misuse, breach, or violation of this Agreement or any third-party rights.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Rich Account reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Software after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
